December 14, 2023, admin

About The Company:

Based in the USA, our client is committed to delivering exceptional education and preparing the next generation of lawyers. With a mission to promote justice for the underprivileged and champion religious liberty, the law school emphasizes cultivating a virtuous life characterized by humility, self-sacrifice, mercy, and justice.

Customer Challenges:

Our client encountered several challenges with their existing solution, Conga Composer. Key issues identified included:

Conga Sign Charges: Budget constraints made it challenging for the client to afford separate charges for Conga Sign.

Reminders and Agreement Clarity: Addressing reminders and enhancing agreement clarity required adding more fields and code, a time-consuming process with lingering deficiencies.

Limited Data Submission: Conga Composer’s restriction to data submissions in MBs posed limitations on document size processing.

Public URLs for Document Access: The client needed public URLs for document downloading or signing, which were not readily available with their existing solution.

Solutions:

After a comprehensive analysis of challenges and requirements, integrating Adobe Sign with their existing Salesforce solution emerged as the optimal solution. The integration involved installing the Adobe Sign app, utilizing the ‘Adobe Sign’ managed package. Following login and permission granting, the installation wizard guided us through selecting ‘Adobe Sign account with Salesforce,’ subsequent steps, and completing the setup. The integration successfully linked Adobe Sign with Salesforce.

With this integration, Adobe Sign automatically preserved dates and statuses for all steps, including “Document sent to the user,” “Signed by the user,” “Cancelled by the user,” and “Document created but not sent.”

Results :

Implementing Adobe Sign integration yielded enhanced functionality and improved efficiency, resulting in the following accomplishments:

Increased Efficiency: The integration significantly improved efficiency, estimating a 60%-70% reduction in document processing time.

Reduced Signing Errors: Leveraging Adobe Sign led to decreased document signing errors, ensuring greater accuracy and reliability in agreements.

Document Tracking and Audit: Adobe Sign allowed the law school to track document/agreement status and provided a comprehensive audit trail of activities.

3rd-Party Portal Access: The integration facilitated downloading and signing public URLs from a third-party portal, enhancing accessibility and convenience.

Final Words :

The successful integration of Adobe Sign with the Salesforce solution significantly improved efficiency, accuracy, and document management for our client. This accomplishment underscores the value of leveraging our professional resources within the Salesforce ecosystem.
