The client approached us with challenges related to their Salesforce Sales Cloud-based solution. The customer sought customization to improve the visibility of team efforts, materials distribution, and financial information presentation. Additionally, the customer needed streamlined processes for creating warranty emails and invoices and introducing a purchase orders (POs) approval system.
Our team devised a comprehensive solution to address the customer’s challenges. They introduced a new object to customize reports on additional services and product reports, reflecting the distribution of teams’ efforts and materials spent on each project. We created five report types to enhance visibility into revenue and expenses, presenting weekly expenses, clients’ payments, and revenue/expense ratios. These reports were consolidated into a user-friendly dashboard with diagrams and a pie chart.
